Arabic and English prompt templates

Copy a template, fill what is in [brackets] and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

Ready templates, not verified references. Never paste confidential data, contracts or client information. Review every output yourself: it is a draft, not an engineering or legal decision.

Director: projects

Scope of Work (SOW) draft

Act as an experienced project manager in [sector, e.g. buildings or infrastructure].
Draft a Scope of Work for [package or service description].
Use clear headings: objectives, included work, excluded work, deliverables, standards and references, indicative timeline, party responsibilities, acceptance criteria.
If information is missing, write "needs confirmation" instead of inventing it, and collect every gap in a final list.

Risk register

Create a first-pass Risk Register for [project description, location and stage].
Output a table with columns: risk, cause, impact, likelihood (low/medium/high), severity (low/medium/high), response action, suggested owner.
List 12 varied risks: schedule, cost, quality, safety, supply, interdisciplinary coordination, authorities.
At the end list three assumptions you made so I can check them.

Budget variance analysis

Here is budget versus actual for my project (anonymised):
[paste table]
Analyse the variances: top five by value and percentage, likely causes for each, and what I should ask my team.
Then write a four-line executive paragraph for management and a list of three corrective actions.
Do not assume any figures that are not in the table.

Meeting minutes and action items

Turn my raw notes from [meeting name] into formal minutes.
Format: attendees, decisions made, action items (table: item, owner, due date), open points.
Do not add any decision or date that is not in the notes; mark unclear points with "?".
Notes:
[paste notes]

Agile retrospective facilitation

Help me run a retrospective for a team of [number] that just finished [sprint or phase].
Suggest: an opening question, three questions that surface real problems instead of general venting, a 15-minute activity, and a way to turn points into three measurable commitments.
Total time [60] minutes, team is [remote / in person].

Engineer

BIM coordination summary

I have a clash list from BIM coordination between [disciplines, e.g. architectural, structural and MEP]:
[paste the clash list or describe it]
Classify by severity (critical, medium, minor), group by location or system, and suggest which party should revise first for each group.
Then write a short message to each discipline team with only what concerns them.
Remember: your suggestions are for coordination only; the engineering decision belongs to the discipline engineer.

Drone survey progress report

I prepared notes from a drone survey of [site name] on [date]:
[paste notes or progress figures]
Write a one-page progress report: summary, areas completed versus planned, safety observations, areas needing follow-up, and recommendations.
Use short headings and tables where helpful, and do not infer quantities that are not stated.

Drafting an RFI

Write a clear, polite RFI to [party] about [topic], referencing [drawing number or clause].
Include: the problem in two sentences, the specific question, the options we see (if any), the schedule impact of delay, and the response date needed.
Length: no more than half a page. Give an Arabic version beside the English one.

Everyday work

Four-week study plan

I want to learn [topic]. My level is [beginner / background in ...] and I have [number] hours a week.
Build a four-week plan: weekly goal, daily tasks, a small project at the end of each week, and a way to measure progress.
Suggest free resources only, and if you are unsure of a link give the resource name without a link.

Formal email in Modern Standard Arabic

Write a formal email to [recipient and title] about [topic].
Tone: polite and direct. Length: under 120 words. Put the request in the first two sentences, then the reason, then the deadline.
Give me a subject line and three alternative opening sentences.

Summarise a long report

Summarise the following text for a busy reader who does not know the topic:
[paste text]
Provide: a three-sentence gist, five key points, then "what I should do after reading it".
Quote any numerical claims as written without altering them, and flag what the text does not say.

Developer

Code review

Review the following code as a strict but kind senior developer:
[paste code]
Order your findings: possible bugs, security, performance, readability. For each, give the line, the reason and the suggested fix.
Do not rewrite the whole file. If the code is sound, say so plainly.

Explain an error

I got this error while [what you were doing]:
[paste the full error message]
Environment: [language, version, OS].
Explain in plain language what the error means, then give three likely causes ordered by probability, with a check for each before I change anything.
